You can view statistics on the cache hits/misses of Web apps based on a selected time period through the admin dashboard of WSO2 App Manager by integrating it with WSO2 Business Activity Monitor (BAM). Administrators can monitor the performance of the system by viewing these cache hits/misses statistics. If the cache hits count is higher than than misses count, the performance of the system is high as most requests were sent through the cache memory without a database query. Follow the steps below to view cache hits/misses statistics of Web apps.

  1. Change the value of the <CacheStatsEnabled> property to true, within the <APIUsageTracking> element in the <AppM_HOME>/repository/conf/app-manager.xml file.
