Unregistering an iOS-based device

Follow the instructions below to unregister an iOS-based device:

Open the native iOS application.
Tap Unregister to unregister your device from EMM.

Unregistering an Android-based device

Follow the instructions below to unregister an Android-based device:

Open the native Android application.
Tap Unregister. A confirmation message will appear.
Tap Yes to proceed with the unregistering process.
