The FreshDesk connector allows you to access the FreshDesk REST API through WSO2 ESB. FreshDesk is cloud-based customer support platform that lets you provide great customer support through traditional channels like the phone, email, and social channels.
To get started, go to Configuring FreshDesk Operations. Once you have completed your configurations, you can perform various operations with the connector.
For general information on using connectors and their operations in your ESB configurations, see Using a Connector. To download the connector, go to https://store.wso2.com/store/assets/esbconnector/freshdesk, and click Download Connector. Then you can add and enable the connector in your ESB instance.
