The Notifications feature can be used to generate notifications for events that occur as a result of performing operations. To receive notifications, create a subscription to a particular event along with a specified notification method (E-mail alert or Management Console). Each subscription is associated with a resource or collection on the registry.

Follow the instructions below to add subscription notifications via the Publisher or Store. 

To enable email configuration, see Configuration for Registry to send E-mails. You need to update the user profile with the correct email address to receive a successful email notification. For console subscriptions, enable the work list configuration.

  1. Log in to the Publisher or Store and open the detailed view of the artifact to which you want to subscribe.
  2. Click Options on the top right.
  3. In the Notifications Settings menu, enable email or console notifications for the relevant event. 

    Note that only the following notification types are available via the Store:

    • LifeCycle State Change
    • Information Update
