Follow the instructions below to delete a deployed Carbon application (C-App) from the Carbon instance. It is not recommended to delete individual artifacts of a C-App. Recommended practice is to delete the entire C-App.

Info
titleNote

As an alternative to deleting the C-App through the management console UI, you can delete the CAR archive from <PRODUCT_HOME>/repository/carbonapps/{tenant-ID} manually and it will be undeployed. {tenant-ID} is the ID of the tenant, which is 0 in a single-tenant environment. 0 is the super tenant ID. Manual undeployment in a multi-tenanted environment is not recommended if you are unaware of the tenant ID.

1. Log on to the product's management cConsole and select "List" under "Carbon Applications". For example,

2. You will be able to see the deployed C-App on this page as shown in the following example. Click on the "Delete" link associated with a certain application to remove your C-App permanently.

3. You will be asked to confirm your request .
