Due to a known issue do not use JDK1.8.0_151 with WSO2 products. Use JDK 1.8.0_144 until JDK 1.8.0_162-ea is released.

  1. Start the server.

  2. Access the device management console.

  3. Click Create an Account.
  4. Fill out the registration form.


    All the fields are mandatory fields.

  5. Click Register.

Note: A user that is registered doesnWhen you register yourself to use WSO2 IoT Server you don't have any permissions assigned to him/her by default except for the login permission. Therefore, you need to ask the ask the administrator to assign you to a role that has permissions defined to be able to enroll new devices and try out the WSO2 IoT Server.
