The WSO2 Developer Studio can be used to generate Service Skeletons (implementation of a Web Service according to a standard contract such as a WSDL file) and Service Stubs (generating a client to invoke a Web Service). The WSO2 Governance Registry can be used to discover and manage Service Contracts. Read more on WSDL and Schema management with WSO2 Governance Registry.

In order to generate Skeletons & Stubs in WSO2 Developer Studio you will have to use the Permalinks of WSDLs stored on WSO2 Governance Registry. Read more on Permalinks and How to Grant Permissions to Resources for Anonymous Access to get a better understanding of how this becomes possible.
